There is no lack of money. I know that's not what you beautiful people have been told but really, (really really) there is no lack of money.
Just because you are in lack, it doesn't mean there is no money. Money is printed everyday. People become millionaires and even billionaires everyday.
So where is your money? The answer may surprise you.
Now I know you have definitely heard it said "God owns it all." Usually it's followed up by quoting Psalm 24:1 which says The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it, as if to seal the deal on the saying.
That led me to a question. God is my Father. He has a Kingdom and I am an heir. He owns it all. So why am I still struggling?
Prince Charles doesn't have financial struggles. God is certainly a lot better than that, right? So why am I struggling?
The answer is simple. God does own it all, but He gave dominion over it to you. According to 2 Corinthians, Jesus became poor that you through his poverty might be rich.
So where is your money? Well, there is no money in heaven, so don't expect it to fall from there any time soon. "Money" is what men produce in order to trade for goods and services.
This may surprise you, but I know where your money is and I know who has it. Before I tell you, you may need to sit down or take a sip of water because it's going to come as a BIG surprise to you. Stay with me here. Take a deep breath. Who has your riches? You do.
Yep, that's right. Your money is being held up by the person you see in the mirror everyday.
I know the next question. "If I have money where did I put it? It sure ain't in my wallet."
Well first let's determine if you really are in lack.
Lack means different things to different people. One of the ways you can tell if you are in lack is by checking your level of giving and where you are giving to. If you pay more tithes to the big box retail store (that shall remain nameless, thank you very much) than you do to God, then yes you really are in lack.
If you can't trace the money you have spent advancing the Kingdom of God, then you are probably going to be in lack. The reason is because you haven't given anything for God to multiply back to you. An apple seed planted can grow an orchard. An apple seed unplanted can't grow anything.
You might say that you can't afford to pay tithes and offerings. I say you can't afford NOT to. There is no way around it. The short cut to receiving a harvest is to start planting seeds.
There is no lack of money. If it's not in your pocket and God owns it all but it's not falling from heaven, how in the name of all that's holy do you get it? After all, God is a giver of good gifts. Right? (Right?) Well that leads me to my next blog.
I'm going to share with all you beautiful people the revelation God gave me about His Kingdom. Then we are going to open up the mystery of the man in the mirror.
